The book is written by Katie Coblentz, she is a special collection cataloguer at the NY Public Library. She shares her knowledge as a librarian with the readers, so they learn how to organize their home libraries efficiently.
The book is ring bound and looks very pretty. It is actually more a folder then a book. It also comes with a CD that has software on it to help managing a book collection. It looks very professional and similarly interesting. It seems to be the perfect gift for a librarian, or someone with a home library.
